How do I capture something?
Tap the microphone button and speak. VoiceBrain transcribes what you said and files it automatically as a task, note, reminder, or calendar event.
How do I edit or delete an entry?
Tap an entry to open and edit it. To delete, use the entry's menu — deleted entries move to Recently Deleted and stay recoverable for 30 days before they're removed for good.
How do I connect a calendar?
Go to Settings → Calendars. You can grant access to Apple Calendar today, so spoken events show up there. Google Calendar support is coming soon.
What are shared spaces?
A shared space lets you capture entries together with someone else. Use the space selector at the top of the screen to create or switch spaces, and invite people by link or email.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes all of your entries, voice recordings, connected-calendar tokens, and your account record from our servers.
